Says no points and no reservations on my account. Both untrue.

Hangs on the log-in screen. Is the development team drunk ????

Good app but wish you could download your Marriott Rewards Card to Apple Wallet - which it does not allow. Have to use data to show card at hotel.

Whats the point of the app? So much information requires you to redirect to their webpage. Mostly Marriott rewards info.

This app is great if you dont need to use it. Its great that it doesnt show any of my info, reservations or really do anything. Just times out and gives me an error. Awesome update.

Cannot book any rooms. Click on the rate and nothing happens. iPhone 6 most recent iOS.

The app doesnt store information such as activity history, stays, points, bonuses, etc. It redirects you to Marriott.com where you have to enter your username and password. SPG, their recent acquisition, has a great app. I hope one day the app can be as good as that one is.

Mr. Marriott, please spend some of your millions in profit to hire a REALLY good IT team. The current group has no idea of what theyre doing (or consultants, if youve outsourced this project). It took them YEARS to build a decent web site. I guess it will be YEARS before they learn how to build an app that works for EVERYONE, not just the idiots that update their phone every other year. [Hint, a "free" phone upgrade really isnt free.]

The only thing this app is missing is the ability to save your Marriott Rewards card to Apple Wallet. You can pull up the mobile card from within the Marriott app, but theres no option to save that card to Apple Wallet as there is with other hotels iOS apps (e.g., Hilton, Starwood, Hyatt).

Had on my phone for about 10 minutes, tried to get it to recognize me, deleted it. This app is useless, how can it help me if it doesnt even know who I am.

USELESS! Cant view my reservations, points, or my own account. Just keeps loading. Dont bother downloading this app. Itll just waste precious phone space.

My app is stuck on an apologies screen with a link to book on website. Its 2016. Get it the F together. Hilton honors here I come. At least their apps work.

After months of success this App completely stopped showing my reservations. I log in and have no reservations so I cant check in. I tried reinstalling and it didnt help. This App is now useless!!!

Really! Put this app on all smartphones versions before releasing. All was good until your mandated upgrade recently. Now I am calling site for mobile pre check in. Defeats the whole purpose of pre check - MAKE YOUR ENTIRE IT TEAM USE THE APP FOR TRAVEL FOR THE NEXT TWO WEEKS and theyll be writing reviews worse than this one!

Please Marriott card available to add to Apple wallet

I deleted the app, hard booted my unit, reinstall the app and still will not even open. Total useless!! What a shame, a World Wide Hotel company and they cant get a simple app to work - so I go back to using my Hilton app, works like a charm.

I did a check-in with this app while waiting to check-in and I was told I had to wait for 3 hours to get into my room because I had "requested" a late check-in. It made my life harder and I will never use it again.

I will be going through safari to book my hotel because I cannot do it through this app. The functionality is terrible. Come on Marriott! I know you can do better than this. iPhone 6
