User friendly. Would need some help for the descriptions in languages other than english.

I cant log-in to my account - receiving error 422.

But where is a passbook support for Marriott Rewards membership card?

Absolutely unsensed app. And too difficult to use. Still cant find mobile check in. Asks for logging in every two weeks.

The one useful feature and its missing...

Easy way to make new bookings and edit the ones you already did.

.. But does not seem to offer the opportunity to leave a message to the property when booking. Also there is no indication of an email contact with the hotel, even after the booking. Just the phone no. It is not convenient if one has to call from overseas.

I love this app and the way I can check in and out before I even get to the room or leave. Excellent job!

The Marriott app does what it needs to do - easy to find a hotel and make a reservation or modify existing reservations. Can also cancel a reservation from my phone even if travel agency booked the original stay (saves the hassle of hold time with AMEX travel!). Not a lot of frills, but works fine.

Pretty simple. It does the job I need it to do.

Your app is useless- Crashes frequently.. full of bugs... be glad you bought spg for the revenue - their app works. Ive been patient but months of waiting and Im out...

So convenient and easy to use

This is a simple app that presents what I need, I have found it very useful. With other hotels I have found a different experience depending on how I reserved the room, not so here. I have always shown up at the location and my reservation has come right up, I get my keys.. no muss no fuss. Why havent I mentioned the app? Because the app provides the function I need and gets out of my way.

This is a great app for your iPhone its fast its easy and efficient to book a room reservation. It keeps track of your favorite hotels managers your activity all at one stop. Marriott did a great job on this keep up the good work. I cant imagine people having trouble finding this app valuable.
