Horrible app

Cant even view basic functionality; room reservations never show up on app, even though website clearly has them under my account. All the promised "perks" of using an app is out the window on this one.

So far not good

I just downloaded the app to try and reserve a room. It took forever to find the hotel I needed even after I typed in many key search words. Once I got to the reservation page I kept getting an error message. Luckily I was able to call customer service to confirm reservation. When I checked the app for my reservation it says I have no upcoming reservations and no rewards points. Terrible terrible app.

Useless app

I would assume that a company like Marriott would bring value to their customers and produce a mobile app that actually works. Every update makes the app worse and worse. I have full connectivity and cannot get to my profile or upcoming/past stays. It just times out constantly. (GSM &/or WiFi) Whoever monitors this app, its usefulness and functionality should be alerted.

Useless App

The app doesnt give you an option to check out. It doesnt refresh or update. The hotel that I checked in and out of showing up on the all that its an upcoming reservation really?????

Poor design, lacking flow & functionality

If it matters, Im Marriott Platinum member- and this app lacks flow, function and ease of use. Most times this app will not display nights stayed (displays 0) and requires you to log on to the Web Browser to access account detail, it does not offer Apple touch as an available option for logging on. Fragmented and poorly designed for - worse for frequent travelers in need to download folios, check accounts or update stays. IT PAYS MORE WHEN TOU BOOK DIRECTLY? Then please - improve the APP. Until then Ill continue to use American Express Business travel

Unusable

Love the fact that Marriott finally decided to update the app, however, now it is completely unusable. App freezes after attempting to login.

Doesnt work!

This app does do anything when attempting to book a room; it shows graphics of you making the selection for a room but then just sits there not doing anything. It wont even bring up my account or the settings page.

Needs more work. Hard to check when it cant upload your reservation. Disappointing

Keep me signed in never works. Have to type username every time. Need more creative functionality. Check in feature does not add much to the check in process.

Never works

I stay at Marriott every week and this app is no help. Mobile checkin/check out never shows up, even when I get a notification from the app! I have 20 reservations and the app says I have no upcoming stays. Needs a serious overhaul...and try testing it this time before you launch.

Check in after midnight?

0. Zero stars if i could- i hate apps that force u to update. 1. Why force users to update app that excludes users on old devices? 2. Still wont let you check in after 11:45 pm. 3.Please add a comment field or another way to indicate i wont be there until 1am the next morning. Impossible to do currently.

Never great, but now terrible

As others have mentioned, I use this app frequently. Gold Elite customer that counts on it working. About a week ago it demanded that I update it to continue using and then stopped working. I can log in, but after that it doesn’t show anything or load any of the various screens. 4400 properties in 87 countries and nearly $14 billion in revenue in 2014 and this is the best you can do? You should all be ashamed of yourselves!

App background to dark

I find the app to be cumbersome with so many clicks required. Also the background is too dark to see the done buttons.

Sorry iPhone 4 users

At least Marriott could have sent us a note that The app would no longer work with the iPhone 4.

Good app

Good app for reservations. I use it for all of my bookings. I am a platinum member with them and this is the best way too make a reservation. You can also check in from your phone and the key will be ready when you arrive. Great feature. Only issue that I have is that I seem to have connection problems from time to time. The app does not have my points or cannot find locations.

Worthless

This is one of the worst apps Ive ever used. Not only is it poorly designed and written, it simply doest work most of the time. Although I had a reservation it could not find it 90% of the time. It was painfully slow as well. I have now deleted it. It is not worth the real estate it takes up on my phone.

Be compatible with Apple wallet!!! It is so simple. Hyatt, IHG, Hilton, SPG, they all are... Why the mobile development department of Marriott cant? Terrible department!!!

Please add Apple wallet support!

User eXperiments?

This is the most confusing menu Ive ever experienced. Especially with too many text on top black background. UX suppose to be User Experience, not your User Experiments!!
