An epically terrible app
So Ive tried using this app mostly for booking. Im a member of the loyalty program, and spend at least 6 weeks a year in a Marriott hotel, so it would be nice if it worked for me. Except I cant when it doesnt work, which seems to be a lot of the time. Im not a huge app user, maybe 100 or so, and I cant say that I have worked with any other app that has been a worse experience.
And despite help from Marriott tech support, the whole favourite thing just doesnt function like I expect it to: designate a favourite, and I expect it to become a short cut option. Natch, doesnt work that way. In fact, I have no idea what it does do. I have 2 bachelors degrees in engineering from MIT, so youd think I could figure it out.
The interface is confusing and does not seem to understand typical users. Ick.
Back to the website, which keeps pushing the app.
